    Piquet 1867 (July 14): Cover from Piquet to Braila franked by DDSG 1867 17 kr. red, perf. 9½, tied by oval AGENTIE / D.D.G.S. / PIQUET handstamp (Tchilinghirian fig. 784) in black (the only Office which used black ink) and by circular datestamp. A fine and attractive usage.
    Note: The Piquet Agency never corrected the wrong D.D.G.S. spelling used in the oval handstamp.

    1871 (March 30): Cover from Piquet to Braila franked by DDSG October 1870 10 kr. red cancelled by oval AGENTIE / D.D.G.S. / PIQUET handstamp (Tchilinghirian fig. 784) in blue. Reverse with Romanian P.O. Braila arrival cds in black. Type written annotations on letter-sheet but a rare usage of this elusive stamp on an attractive letter. Signed Ferchenbauer.
    Note: The D.D.S.G. 10 kr. red (initially ordered in green) was only issued to Lom Palanka, Oreava, Piquet and Sistov Agencies.

    Pitesti 1865 (Nov 26): Cover from Piteschti to Vienna franked by Romania Cuza issue 20 pa. red tied by 'Piteesci' cds, transit of Romanian P.O. in Bucharest on reverse and passed to Austrian P.O. with BUCAREST datestamp (Nov 27) in black on front (Tchilinghirian fig. 714). Straight line PORTO in black applied in Bucharest and charged due '25' kreuzer on arrival. Minor imperfections of no significance, a remarkable cover, the Cuza issue being used to an external destination being extremely rare.

    Ploesti 1865 (Sept 12): Cover to Leipzig, Saxony franked by combination usage of 1863 15 s. brown, perf. 14 and 1864 5 s. rose, perf. 9½, cancelled by bold PLOJESTIE datestamp in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 768).
