1821/24c.: Undated cover, affected by damp at base, struck with fine oval framed BUKUREST / IN DER WALLACHEY handstamp in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 706) and mailed to Lemberg. Disinfected at Rothenturn with circular cachet 'Sanitatis Sigillum' on reverse with red wax seal above.
