    1863 & 1864: Covers (2), earlier cover addressed to the Hermannstadt Post Office struck with IBRAILA two line dated cachet (Tchilinghirian fig. 728), second cover bearing rare, but very toned, Levant 1863 15 s. brown, perf. 14 in a horizontal pair cancelled by the same handstamp (Sept 16) and mailed to Vienna.
