Reverse with Jassy transit cds of Austrian P.O. in blue (same day), Breslau-Oswiecim TPO and arrival cds (Aug 30). A fine and scarce cover demonstrating the 10 kr. single rate to the GPU under the 1866 Convention. Extremely rare. Signed A. Diena.
