    1818 (July 21): Cover from Bucharest to Vienna showing fine strike of 'BUKUREST / in der Wallachey' two line handstamp in black (Tchilinghirian as fig. 705 but 'Bukurest' in capital letters). Reverse with Rothenturn 'Sanitatis Sigillum' disinfection cachet in black and charged 14 kreuzers due on receipt in red crayon. Some ageing as usual with this correspondence but rare.
