Ploesti 1867: Kreuzer Usage - 5 kr. red, two used examples on 1867 cover to Cronstadt (Brasov) tied by "PLOJESTIE" circular datestamp (July 15) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 768). Kronstadt arrival cds (July 16) on reverse.
