    DDSG / DSNC 1867: Levant 15 s. brown, a used horizontal pair tied to small piece by superb strike of Roman dated "SULINA 5/VII" cds in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 856). One short perf. at top but most attractive and extremely rare - Tchilinghirian states "Material from the DDSG Agency is very scarce". Signed Ferchenbauer (1983).rnrnProvenance: Collection Dr. A.
