    Giurgevo 1867: 10 s. blue, two examples used on 1868 registered cover to Vienna, with superb example on obverse neatly tied by "GIURGEVO" circular datestamp (July 1) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 748); reverse with 10 s. blue damaged upon opening, similarly tied and paying the registration fee. Straight line "RECOM" struck twice on obverse in black with docket number '350' in manuscript alongside. Vienna arival (July 4) in black.  A scarce usage: believed to be the sole example of a registered letter bearing this issue from Giurgevo.
