    Bucharest 1867: 10 s. blue, a used example on 1867 entire letter to Vienna endorsed "Franco" at base, neatly tied by "BUCAREST" circular datestamp (Sept 13) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 714). Reverse with sender's wafer label (Rissdorfer's pharmacy) in blue and Vienna arrivals (Sept 18) in black. Minor wrinkles to entire but very attractive.
