    Austrian Lloyd Offices in the Dobrudja 1861: Entire letter bilingually addressed from Tulcea to Constantinople, prepaid with straight line "FRANCO" (unlisted by Tchilinghirian) and fine strike of "TULTSCHA" despatch cds (April 16) both in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 837). After re-opening in 1858 the Tulcea Lloyd office was combined with the Austrian Consular Office. A fine and very scarce entire.rnrn
