    Galatz 1867: 3 s. green in a horizontal pair, 10 s. blue and 15 s. brown all used on 1867 single rate cover from Galatz via Vienna to Genova, Italy tied by "GALLATZ" circular datestamps (Sept 13) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 743). Reverse with Vienna cds (Sept 19), Udine-Verona cds (Sept 19) and Genova arrival (Sept 20). The rate was 10 s. (Levant rate) + 15 s. (Austrian rate) + 6 soldi (Italian rate for up to 75 kms. from the border). A fine and scarce three colour franking.
