    Austrian Post Offices in Dobrudja 1864: Arms 5 s. rose and 10 s. blue, perf. 9½, used on 1868 entire letter from Sulina to Trieste neatly tied by bold strike of "SULINA" circular datestamp (March 15) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 839). Reverse with Galatz Austrian P.O. cds of transit and Trieste arrival cds (March 28). This cover mentioned in Tchilinghirian on page 483. An extremely rare cover - only two covers are recorded bearing the Arms issue used from Sulina - this being a unique usage with the 10 kreuzer value on cover.
