    Austrian Post Offices in Dobrudja 1867: Austria 5 s. red, three examples, used on 1870 entire letter to Trieste tied by two strikes of "SULINA" circular datestamp (June 19) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 839). Reverse with Budapest transit cds (June 26) and Trieste arrival (June 28). Some aging sensibly removed, a rare entire. Signed Matl.
