    Ploesti 1867: 10 s. blue, a used example on 1867 cover to Fogaras, tied by "PLOJESTIE" circular datestamp (Oct 4) in black (Tchilinghirian ffig. 768). Reverse with Brasso transit and Fogaras arrival cds (Oct 5) in black. An exceptionally rare cover - the cancellation struck in black in use for under four months.
