    Bucharest 1867: 10 s. blue, two used examples on 1867 single rate cover to Palermo, Sicily tied by "BUCAREST" circular datestamp (Nov 3) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 714). Red "P.D." below and reverse with Vienna cds (Nov 8), Venice cds, Naples cds (Nov 11) and Palermo arrival (Nov 12) all in black. A fresh and fine cover.
