    Austrian Post Offices in Dobrudja 1867: Levant 3 s. green, 5 s. red, 10 s. blue (on reverse) and 15 s. brown, used examples on registered 1874 single rate cover from Sulina to Rome endorsed "Via Vienna Station", readdressed on arrival to Florence; each tied by superb circular three line dated "SULINA" cds's in black (April 26) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 840) with "RECOM" at top in black. A superb four colour franking and of great rarity, believed unique. Cert. E. Diena (1983).
