    Incoming Mail 1867: Arms 15 s. brown, perf. 9½, used on 1867 entire letter from Constantinople to Bucharest, tied in transit by two line dated "VARNA / 10 LUG" in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 884) with rare oval "FRANCO" at lower left. "BUCAREST" arrival cds on reverse of a fine entire.
