    DDSG / DSNC Offices in the Dobrudja 1870: 10 kr. red, perf. 9½, a fine used example tied to 1870 cover from Czernavoda to Turnu-Severin by bold strike of oval framed "D.D.S.G / AGENTIE / CZERNAVODA" handstamp in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 853). An extremely rare cover - it is interesting to note that the famous Julius Steindler collection contained no examples of this stamp used from Czernavoda. Signed Pfenninger.
