    Austrian Post Offices in Dobrudja 1864: Arms 2 s. yellow, perf. 9½, a used cancelled by fine "SULINA" circular datestamp (Aug 13) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 839). losed tear at top left but unrecorded by Tchilinghirian "No 2 soldi seen, and its existence is unlikely".
