    Bucharest 1867: 5 s. red, a used horizontal pair on cover front to Würzburg, Bavaria tied by "BUCAREST" circular datestamp (July 13) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 714). A very scarce usage, carried under the GAPU rate of 10 soldi for a single letter. Rare thus. Signed Ferchenbauer.
