    Austrian Lloyd Offices in the Dobrudja 1863/64: Arms issue 5 s. red, perf. 14, and 15 s. brown perf. 9½ used on large part cover from Tulcea to Rustchuk, Bulgaria tied by superb strike of "TULTSCHA" circular datestamp (Sept 17) in blue. Tchilinghirian does not record the 1863 Arms 5 soldi used in Tulcea. Refolded and some wrinkles but excessively rare, believed unique.rnrnProvenance: Collection Achille Rivolta.
