    1892: 20 pa. claret postal stationery cards (3), used examples with better cancellations such as negative seal of "Merzifoum" (C&W fig. 86) on card used to USA, "Köprülü" (Veles, Yugoslavia) framed all-arabic handstamp (fig. 75) used to Germany, and "Kadikoy"  framed all-arabic handstamp (fig. 49) struck well in blue. A generally fine and scarce group.

    Libya 1910 (April 26): 20 pa. red on rose postal stationery card, a fine used example cancelled by bilingual "Tripoli D'Afrique" datestamp in black with circular "Commission de Delimitation de la Frontiére Tripolitaine / Protectorat Regence de Tunis" in violet at left. Tunis, Gabes and Kebili arrival cds all on front of an unusual card. Note: It would appear from the evidence of this card that the French Frontier Commission was operating within Ottoman Territory.
