1903: Opening of the New Post Office in Bucharest, the complete set of fifteen values from 1 b. to 5 l. unused with somewhat tropicalised reverse, each handstamped ULTRAMAR in violet (the 50 b. and 40 b. showing partial double overprints) by the Portuguese Ministry of the Colonies upon receipt from the UPU in Berne.
