    1858: 10 k. brown & blue, no wmk., perf. 12½, four examples used on 1859 entire letter from Riga to Libau, each tied by dotted '38' numeral handstamp in black. Reverse with Riga despatch cds (Nov 12). One or two perf. imperfections but a rare and attractive multiple usage.
