    1858: 10 k. brown & blue, wmk'd paper, perf. 14½ ×15, used on January 1858 cover from St. Petersburg to Helsingfors, Finland tied by manuscript pen cross with framed despatch handstamp in red (Jan 15) alongside. Reverse with ANK arrival handstamp in black. An exceptionally early usage of the first perforate issue and very rare thus. Cert. Dobin (2008).
