    1850/2013: Collection in five volumes beginning with 1850 Queen Isabella II, containing thousands of stamps with particular strength between 1925 and the civil war. The 1927 "Coronation Jubilee Issues" unused are well represented, including the particularly difficult overprints on the colonial issue (Mi 351/360). The 1938 submarine stamps (Mi.721/726) are present in fine mint quality. Post WWII, better items include the stamp centenary (Mi. 975/982) in unused nh.     Bell's Asia Minor Steamship Co 1884: Turkey 20 pa. red on rose, a single example used on 13 April 1886 cover from Aivali to Chios via Smyrna tied by fair strike of oval framed "BELL'S ASIA MINOR S.S. / AIVALI / AGENCY" handstamp in blue. Reverse with Smyrne transit cds (18/4) in black, the cover with minor edge wear of no significance and with full original contents.
