    1871: 10 b. yellow, a used example with two margins and scissor cut into design at right, on 1871 entire letter to Bucharest tied by bold strike of "RIMNIC SÂRAT" datestamp (1/8) in black - note the inverted '8' in the datestamp (Kirac fig. 409). File folds and extraneous docketing but a scarce usage: just 200 of the 10 bani stamps were issued to Rimnic Sârat.
