    1868/1871: 10 pa. dull violet (1868), pair and single plus 1 pi. yellow, and 2 pi. ochre and black-brown 1876 postage due as 3 Pi. 30pa. "Duloz" franking on a letter all cancelled and tied by rectangular framed "KASTAMONU" amarks in arabic. Very unusual mixed franking with postage due stamp. Minor crease in envelope, not visibly affecting stamps. Certificate Sismondo (2007)
