    1900: 1 pi. blue (2) and 20 pa. rose-red on 20 pa. rose postal-stationery letter dated 12. Oct. 1903 from "GALATA" to "SAO PAULO". The letter is correctly franked for a registered letter of the second weight rate. A "SAO PAULO" receiver from 5. Nov. is on the reverse. The letter was closed with an Argentinian stamp which served no postal purpose. Unusual destination "SOUTH AMERICA".
