    1863: City Post 5 k. black & blue, perf. 12¼ x 12½, a used single example tied to local 1864 cover by "St. Petersburg Stadtpost No. 6" datestamp in red (March 26) with superb strike of same on reverse. One corner perf. fault at upper right and the envelope with slight crease and closed tear at right well away from the adhesive; a rare and appealing cover. Cert. Mikulski (1988).
