    1863: 1 ghr. black and blue on red-brown and 2 ghr. black and blue on brown "TUGHRA" postage dues on letter dated 18. Dec. 1863, posted unfranked within "DERALIYE"/Constantinople. 1 ghr. just touched at top left, 2 ghr. with almost full trim lines all round, cancelled "BATTAL" type II, fine and very rare.
