    1884: 20 pa. red and rose "IMPERFORATE" vertical pair from the NE corner of the sheet as 1 pi. franking on letter dated 29. Oct. 1889, from "SIRKEDJI"/Constantinople to "BRUGES". The stamps are contrastingly cancelled with the oval vertical bars "SIRKEDJI" in blue ink. The letter bears a Bulgarian transit marks and a "BRUGES" arrival on the reverse.
