    1863: 1 ghr. black and red on grey-mauve paper, "TUGHRA" third emission, thick paper, single copy inconsistenly coloured due to manual inking, on business letter dated 2. Dec. 1864, from "MUDANYA"  to "DERALIYE"/Constantinople, cancelled "BATTAL". Very fine and rare, signed Todd AEIP.
