BRAILA despatch cds (3/6) in black on front (Kiriac fig. 368) and reverse with 'Focschani' arrival cds in black. This spectacular franking has a few faults and an unfortunate vertical cover tear running from the first stamp of the strip to the top of the pair which would probably benefit from sympathetic restoration; nevertheless an extraordinary cover of great rarity and unique.
