    1868/70: 3 bani bright violet, an attractive example (Transfer Type 1) with just clear to large margins all round, used on 1871 Printed Matter rate cover to Dorohoi cancelled by neat BUCURECI datestamp (Nov 19) in black (Kiriac fig. 488) with framed 'P.D.' at right. Reverse with 'Dorohoi' arrival cds (24/11) stuck twice in blue (fig. 389). A fine, scarce and attractive cover.
