    1868: Cover from Galatz to Constantinople mailed at French P.O. with 1862 40 c. orange tied by '5085' gros chiffres in blue, framed PD alongside and dotted GALATZ / MOLDAVIE cds (July 4) all in blue. Reverse with 'Constantinople / Turquie' French P.O. arrival cds (July 10) in black. File fold well away from the adhesive, a fine and scarce cover. Signed Pfenninger.
