    1865: Cuza 20 pa. red on white wove paper, a fine horizontal pair used on registered single rate cover endorsed 'Urgente' at top to Bucharest, tied by hand-drawn framed 'No. 5 Recomandata' in ink, with TÎRGOVISTEA cds of despatch at right (22/8) struck in black (Kiriac fig. 354). Reverse with further strike of Tîrgovistea cds (21/8) and 'Bucuresci' arrival cds (23/8) in black. Most attractive and an extremely rare usage.
