    1872: New Stones, 10 bani prussian blue, a fine single example overlapped by a horizontal pair, used on 1872 entire letter to Rustchuk, Bulgaria tied by GALATI datestamps (Oct 9) in black with framed P.D. alongside. The cover with some age spots and the 10 b. pair with vertical scissor cut between the stamps and small scuff at lower right, otherwise a very fine cover, overpaid 5 bani, to a surprisingly unusual destination for classic Romanian covers: the latest recorded date of use of the 10 bani prussian blue (see Heimbüchler handbook II, page 309).
