    1868: 4 bani blue, a fine large margined example in a vibrant shade, (Transfer Type 1), used on local cover mailed within Bucharest endorsed 'Urgente' and tied by BUCURESCI / DIMINEATA datestamp (3/3) in black (Kiriac fig. 430).
