    1868/70: 3 bani bright violet, an attractive example in a vibrant shade, just touched at upper left, (Transfer Type 4), used on 1870 entire letter to Rimnicul Sârat in combination with 1869 15 b. bright red, just touched at top, (Transfer Type 3), each tied by neat FOCSANI / SERA datestamps (7/10) in blue (Kiriac fig. 456). Reverse with RIMNIC. SÂRAT arrival (8/10) in blue (fig. 409). A scarce and most appealing mixed issue franking to pay the single 18 bani rate.
