    1869: 5 bani yellow-orange, a good used example on 1869 cover paying the Printed Matter rate to Austria-Hungary, neatly tied by scarce MIHAILENI datestamp (20/12) struck in black (Kiriac fig. 403). Reverse with 'Czernowitz' thimble cds of transit and 'Pest' arrival cds (23/12) in black. A few imperfections to cover and stamp with trivial tone spot but an attractive and uncommon usage.
