There were six different despatches of various values from Brabdury Wilkinson, each probably representing a seperate printing, however only five values had more than one printing: ½ a., 2½ a. (three printings), 1 a., 3 a. and 4½ a. (two printings). The printings of October 1890, Feb 1891 and July 1891 were on thin paper with a central papermaker's watermark and had a close imperforate edge to the sheet. The sheets comprised 560 stamps (10 x 6) so that 24 stamps of the early printings have one edge imperforate and 4 have two adjacent edges imperforate. Later printings were on thicker, unwatermarked paper with wide margin perforated at the edges.rnrnLithographed by Bradbury Wilkinson 1890/94: Bradbury Wilkinson Die Proof of the 2 a. value in bright crimson, Imperforate on thick (0.1 mm.) paper, without gum.
