    Imperial Administration handstamped British East Africa 1895 (July 9): 7½ a. black, a single example used om 1895 cover to Lady Bedford in Lexham Gardens, London, tied by MOMBASA squared circle datestamp (Nov 25) in black. Reverse with "Zanzibar" transit cds (Nov 30). Soiled and internally repaired to protect flap and file holes filled at upper left, however a rare franking with just 26 covers recorded from the entire issue.rnrnProvenance: Collection Col. J.R.
