    Remington Postmaster Provisionals 1895 (Feb 19): Manuscript "½ anna" on 3 a. black on dull red, countersigned "T.E.C.R." (Remington), a used irregular block of eight on piece, lightly cancelled by MOMBASA circular datestamps in black.
