Lithographed by Bradbury Wilkinson 1890/94: ½ a. deep brown brown and 3 a. black on bright red, blocks of four of each value, each variety "Imperforate between Vertically", used on 1894 registered Hayman cover to London all tied by MOMBASA circular datestamps (March 14) in black. Hooded "Registered / London" datestamp in red at base (April 10). Just three sheets (180 stamps) of each value printed: John Minns in "British East Africa" states that only 2 blocks of the ½ a. and but one block of the 3 a. are recorded.
