    Lithographed by Bradbury Wilkinson 1890/94: Imperforate Proof for the 2½ a. black on deep yellow, a horizontzal pair on thick unwatermarked paper, wide margins at sides without gum and aging on reverse. John Minns who possessed a similar example (this being the pair that was in the Dunstan and Pennycuick collections), this pair does not show the small violet "*" on reverse found on the few single examples recorded. It is presumed these Proofs were for presentation or display purposes. Extremely rare.
