Faults to cover but a rare and most unusual cover crossing the Channel twice.

Struck in London (Oct 1) with framed "GB / 2F.-" accountancy marking (10d. British credit) and thence via Calais (Oct 1) to Paris where charged '20' décimes due in manuscript for a double weight letter (above 7½ and under 15 grams).
