1860/63: 4 d. rose, no wmk., perf. 14, a horizontal pair used on 1863 entire letter from Port Louis to Chalons sur Saône, France endorsed "pr. Nepaul via Suez & Marseille" tied by two strikes of "B53" obliterators in black with "Mauritius" despatch cds, code A in blue on reverse (April 6). Struck with oval framed "INSUFFICIENTLY / PREPAID" in red and framed "GB / 1F 62 4/10c." accountancy marking in blue applied on despatch. Circular "PAYS ETR. V.
