Str. via Galle & Marseille" tied by "B53" obliterator in black. Three line "FORWARDED BY / J. VINCENT-GEORGE / MAURITIUS" in blue at lower left and octagonal Marseille entry marking in red, charged with handstruck '15c.' in red.
