    10 c. vermilion, horizontal strip of four used on registered 1874 cover to Lima cancelled by 'Huancavelica / Pral' despatch datestamps, five leaved handstamps and with framed CERTIFICACION handstamp below. The adhesives cancelled again on arrival to prevent re-use by oval 'Administracion Particular De Correos / Lima' in black. Opened and resealed at left with parts of red wax CERTIFICACION / LIMA / RESELLADO seals on front and reverse; with manuscript notation of despatch (Sept 24) and 'Lima / Distrito' cds of arrival (Sept 30). Rare and exceptional usage.
